When I Started: Jul, 2007
How I Started: I started working out at about 13 years old. I worked for Gold's Gym as a trainer, owned my own gym. I let my self turn into a wreck. I was in a motorcycle accident and fractured my spine 4 years ago. I let myself go and now I am 280 LBS of fat with a little left over muscle under. It is time for me to take charge and get my health back.
Why I Love It: Bodybuilding was always my anchor in life, growing up rough I always turned to weights as a release.
How I Stay Motivated: Right now these forums are a life saver. My wife is great inspiration now as she has such a great physique. She used to compete.

I have to mention my doctor, as he scared the crap out of me.
BB Accomplishments: Trainer of a few state champions, and some emerald cup competitors (years ago).

Looking back at this makes me cringe. Doc said if I did not do something I was going to have a heart attack and die. It was time for a major change in my life.  I am down to 255 lbs now. I have been increasing cardio.

Goal (Short): I want to get more definition and better abs over the next 2 months.
Goal (Long): I am going to transform my physique into what I used to be. I am not going to let anything stand in my way to achieve this. I am going to apply my prior knowledge and skills to achieve what I most desire, which is to be fit and healthy again. I will only be satisfied when my body fat reaches at least 12 percent. I want to make my family realize the full potential of my drive and dedication. I want to make them proud of me.

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
3-4 exercises, 8-12 reps to failure. Usually Alternating Dumbells, Preacher Bench, Partials with barbell and Hammer Curls

bleh calvs, im not competing so not much into them. Getting a decent workout with squats and eleptical.

Dunno if it is cause I am missing the wife, or cause I got some flu bug that hit me yesterday but I cant seem to sleep. Wife has been out of town for a week now and I am getting really stir crazy. The gym is keeping me sane and now I feel like shit with this bug, not sure if I can work out with...

I agree man on both counts, cardio is pure torture and you need serious work my friend! Geez big guy 40 mins! My warmup lasts 40 mins! haha... just ribbing ya bud. That's 40 mins well spent! BTW, you're looking slim and trim in your new avi, -SWEET!
