All those 10kg I gained being student in hectic London - life always on the run, not even a single thought about balanced nutrition. When none of my pre Uni clothes fit anymore i decided to activate my willpower in order to get back in shape.

Watching what i eat works wonders. A bit of progress there with more toned muscles and thiner waist. Lots of work still to do with legs and hips though.

Upper body has lost wigth fast and lower body is starting to get there slowly... its always the last one for me :(

Taken after BF% measurment. Although i was very happy to hear that its 14,5%, im a bit sceptic now... i dont quite understand how it works at this point, but other them my muscle getting denser and stronger, i dont feel there was a big change, especially elimination of 5% of fat...

Biceps start comming out quite nicely since i started doing chin-ups and pull-ups and dips... with some assistance of course

Since i started doing squats on each workout (3 times a week) my calves are just killing me - they are quite stiff and even cramp sometimes even though i stretch them... hope its just a temporary reaction to new excercise

Love my lower back - its so easy to train, wish shoulders and top part could be so cooperative because i do need to get a bit bigger there

abs are nice, can see middle vertical line now also in relaxed state, other parts come out while training of flexing, however the lowest part under belly button still is stubborn and hides behind fat cussion

Arms are comming out quite nicely, look nice even relaxed and there no such thing as soft flabby triceps anymore. love my arms lately

I want to point out that these pics are taken only as future reference - to compare with outcome later on. These are taken 1 week and 19,6mi into my new challenge of combining extra running with new nutrition plan.
