wow your new progress pics look amazing. Whatever youre doing is working great... Makes me think about starting a low-carb diet too - to support increaced cardio.

hey, i did start taking proteine shakes and running for longer time (40-50min when in gym), still run fast though. today also ran 3,5mi first thing in the morning. cant tell anything specific about progress, because dont have time to track it now. but it does feel good, so im sure im on a right path. Keep in touch and have a great weekend :)

hey, yep i started taking shakes, but manage to take one after workout only, still cant make myself have one in the morning... working on it. doing also extended cardio like you suggested. cant tell if anything improved yet and have not time to take pics - busy with uni submissions... hope to have more time soon so will keep u updated :)

Was just about to ask where are your new progress pics, but read about your new tattoo in a last minute :) thats a wise thing to keep away from gym while its still fresh...smth i couldnt bare to do and paid for it with lack of sharpness in one corner :(
