Before Front
All those 10kg I gained being student in hectic London - life always on the run, not even a single thought about balanced nutrition. When none of my pre Uni clothes fit anymore i decided to activate my willpower in order to get back in shape.
Now this pic here is also just a reference. And here you (wal3l3it) can see where fat is hiding lol Well ok, it does look bit better then pic from beginning :)

I know its hard to judge after only 3 days but i think im not doing bad at all - today has been 3d consecutive day of running and i ran (amazing for me) 5mi of hills+speed intervals in about 42minutes burning some 500cal and im proud of it, especially because i didnt want to die after it and...

I'm back into the gym now, I was getting antsy. I made it in on Monday and again on Wednesday. I'm pretty good at judging with the mirror... I'm busy between work, going to school, working out, making some time for my wife, and running after 2 little girls (one is almost 3 and one is 5) all that makes busting out the camera for pictures a luxury I can't always induldge in. but perhaps by the end of next week I'll have another chance.
