I got started working out when I was 10yrs old. I was real small and didn't like it, I was inpired by Lee Lebrada; I saw him on TV and in magazines. We really didn't have a lot of money, so I started lifting furniture (benching beds and lifting bookshelves, etc.) My mom caught me doing that one day (I was embarassed) so she bought me my first weight set for Christmas, the very next Christmas she bought me the bench to go with it. And the rest is history.
Why I Love It:
I love working out, because it reduces stress. Plus if you keep it up, it shows you just about no goal can't be reached. I also love they way my body feels and looks afterwards.
How I Stay Motivated:
Appearance and strength is another to keep me motivated.

My young days, I was a lil fella that had just joined the military.
No real changes since 4 Apr, but I took these first thing this morning. The quality is bad.
Compete in a/some show/s 2009. It's time to get serious about this.
Goal (Long):
Since as long as I can remember, I've always wanted a body that I could be proud of. I want a six pack and be chiseled at 200 lbs, and be able to bench atleast 405.
Whass up Joe? How's the training coming? Hope you are making progress. I'm hanging in there taking it one day at a time. I'm not progressing as fast as I'd like, but I do see change. I worked out at Seymour Johnson's AFB last week. They have a nice set-up. Go Air Force!
Never your bad babe.. totally understandable.. just do what you can and be the best for you.. Life takes over and stuff happens.. If there is anything I can do let me know and in the meantime stay safe and stay in touch when you can.. :)
yea welsh is a small place. But i am from the coast ( moss point). it is between biloxi and mobile right on I 10. I know a couple of ppl from clarksdale.
Oh, I forgot to log out earlier this a.m. LOL...I am getting ready to meet up with hubby...we are getting massages tonight instead of going to eat...training is done with...hey if I ain't have now I will never have it...lol

Oh, sounds like you are doing perfectly! Yes, you do start to feel like your about to waddle away. But chicken def. has more bang for the buck when you are tring to add mass. Great job!
