How I Started:
I got really skinny and developed somewhat of an ED when I went back home to Afghanistan. I also got hit with typhoid fever while I was there - and I didn't think I would make it back to the U.S. I promised myself, that if I did, I would do my very best to better my health.
Why I Love It:
Its my way of coping with stress. And I love seeing my body change.
How I Stay Motivated:
It all comes from desire within. I want to better myself.
