How I Started:
I have always been active with sports, but when I got started in firefighting I realized I needed to take the next step. I joined my local Gold's Gym, and began hitting the gym five times a week.

How I Stay Motivated:
As a firefighter I must stay in top shape. Lives depend on it!
By eating clean,and the most food i eat in daily basis are:oats,whey powders,hard boiled eggs,grilled chicken breast and tilapia fish.Veggies are broccolli and lettucce,oh and spinach.Thhat's all throughout the week,some days amounts arre higher,others are low,and sundays is just protein.
