I switch up my work out all the time.
I generally try to follow the following at least 3 times a week but I generally work out 7 days a week.
Warm up- Cardio for 15 minutes generally on elliptical/stairmaster/bicycle
50 Crunches, Bicycle Twist, and Leg Raises
30 minutes fast paced walking on treadmill
3 sets of 12 tricep kickbacks, bicep curl, fly exercise, chest press & free weight shoulder press
Repeat 50 crunches, bicycle tist, and leg raises
Stretch. |
