What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
watch bodybuilding a lifstyle, and speed a little bit on the way to the gym.

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
mesh shorts, semi loose shirt. doesnt get to tight while doing an exercise, not in the best shape

Thanks a lot bro, you got some solid size! Not sure what exact BF% I am since I have not been tested yet..but from what others say, I am around 7%..Plan on getting tested soon. Happy New Year bro! Take care.
