How I Started:
Ever since high school I have been working out on and off. Now since Feb. 2008 I have been a lot more serious in my lifting. I plan on Taking myself from a measly 145 to a solid 185. I also look at the future and plan on doing some competitions and who knows.
Why I Love It:
-I love getting the satisfying feeling, looking good, and feeling healthy
-I want people to see me and say wow, I wish I had a body like that.
How I Stay Motivated:
-I walk around and see people and it motivates me to have the best body on the beach.
-I look in the mirror and I say, I think I need some more clay.
-They look over at us and they are like who are these guys? Gladiators!!!

Sad though cause I ain't coming back next year - enlisting active duty. It really sucked sayin' goodbye to all my br's but god willing i'll be back at the I someday.
Thanks for accepting! Great progress and results of your training just for having 19! Specially chest, ABS, shoulders and biceps! What envy! Keep training as before and I hope you will be able to reach all your goals! How is going your training and contests (only if you compete)?
