How I Started:
After I lost a whole lot of fat during 2006 I wanted to get toned and the opportunity came along when a friend asked me to join him at the gym. Too bad he doesn't join me any longer.
Why I Love It:
Love feeling energised after a good workout and the pain.
How I Stay Motivated:
Addiction to the pump and the gains. Time to jack up my strength and get absolutely shredded!
BB Accomplishments:
By the end of 2004 I weighed approximately 120kg (of fat). It wasn't until July 2006 that I lost 15kg and then made another 20kg loss in the following year. Now it's all about losing what fat I have left and getting as swole as possible.
