A buddy and I set up a personal challege to see who could improve their body the most in 2 weeks. I won the 2 weeks, but we extended it out to October 31st.

I am looking at getting my weight up to 180lbs and getting my body fat down to around 8%
Goal (Long):
I am working on increasing my body weight with lean muscle mass. I am monitoring my weight and bodyfat closely to insure I am not adding weight with fat.
I haven't been to pilates class in ages. However, today I got up enough motivation to go since I wasn't motivated enough to go do cardio. I am not sure why I stopped going to pilates. It seemed to keep my core, especially my abs, in pretty good shape. Some how I talked myself into...

Hey buddy how r the workouts goin? We are starting the August 15th challenge today its runs until November. So I will be trying to take it to the next level and get my bodyfat down to your level! Glad to hear all is well! I have a better idea how about you move down here and I will share the sun with you :) Plus I could use a workout and beer drinkin bud! We have actually had a few abnormally cold days here in a row. The hi was only like 54 today whic I know is a far cry still from your snow but could for us warm climaters for April.
Its goin ok except i injured my shoulder doing cleans and presses. Havnt been able as much with upper body as I would like to so a little frustrating. But for the most part feelin good. How you doin?

To come brotha. I have my official after photos weigh ins on April 11th. Kinda bummed though I lost over a 1/3 time sick so trying to make up for lost time. After party for the challenge is the 17th of April where I fully intend on having me a beer in each hand since i have been on the wagon for over 2 months now. I figure by then I earned it! LOL!
