my diet is good but sometimes its all over the place im staying more consistant now and seeing better gains; since you go to tech you prob live close to tech or in range and maybe we can have a workout together and ets tips and tricks of each other; ive done it with alot of people and it really helps
well im really strong for my weight which is annoying because i want the size too, i do alot of deadlifts now and that gave me a crapload of strength in my legs and back, but i do full body workouts for arms, back, legs, abs, and chest..but my upper cheast is horrible i need to gain mass up there and ill look like i weight alot more, you know any good excerises?
ye lmao, ive always had abs like that its genetics, but i have to work for everything else which sucks haha, and you got some nice size to you especially a nice cheast what excerises you do?
