I guess I started by doing push-ups as a kid, and it grew into my favorite past time the more I pushed myself. They say "the harder you work the harder it is to surrender"
Why I Love It:
I love physical training because you get what you put in NO MATTER WHAT, and it motivates the planet
How I Stay Motivated:
by going to the gym and pumping like aghhhnuld. Jesus is my motivation in all that I do.
BB Accomplishments:
I don't lift to body build, just to kick ass.

This was during my first deployment to Afghanistan
I haven't mastered the smile during flexing, but I'm happy with the transformation.
I add weight throughout each exercize I try for the amount of reps listed, and if I get it I move up weight the next time I train that muslce group. I run two miles everyday, one before my workout and one after in 110 degrees. I take a day off maybe once or twice a month. I do abs every other...
Hmmm. I heard many bad things about the equipment of US armed forces before. But a country that rich should be able to afford some fuel. Using soldiers in shirts and shorts to pull armoured vehicles is just not the way it was meant to be... ;)

Ha how did you do in the comp? I drove by on way to DFAC3 watching people pull the Hmmv down the track...
