tomsun What supplements are you taking? Like I want to get swole and all but I dont want muscle on my legs, only on my arms. Would you say concentration curls are better than dumbell curls? Lately, ive been doing 10 sets of 20 of concentration curls in front of the mirror and havent noticed my biceps getting bigger. Would you recommend a protein supplement? Im a vegetarian so I cant get enough protein because obviously I cant eat meat lol. Sep 20, 2010 12:53pm
