I have been lifting wights for 8 years now football and the whole idea of picking up chicks also is a motovation.

How I Stay Motivated:
Everything is a challange, to be the Strongest, Leanest, most didicated. And i will be the the best i can be. regardless of how hard or dificult it is.
I got down to my goal last week, so last weekend i treated my body to a well deserved couple of days off. and it didnt hurt me what so ever. I went out with the guys and had some unhealthy food and a drink or two. but since i got that out of my system i am ready to get down to 200lbs, 6 lbs...
My day is going ok, could be better but there's always room for improvement. It's sort of a slow start getting back on track, but I'll prolly be back in full swing tomorrow. This goes without say I'm sure but, you know you just feel crappy when you aren't being healthy and making good choices for yourself. So tomorrow I'll be happy to get back into working out and eating 100% clean again. I hope you're doing well.
Thanks! Sadly i got off track over the weekend. Getting back to business now though. And the opinion made sense to me. I hold more respect for honest people then the "self proclaimed" experts. All is opinion anyway and no one can be wrong for having an opinion =)
