I started because my friends who played football always lifted. So i lifted on my own and that was as a sophomore. I really started lifting November of my senior year (november of '08) and WOW i packed on some great size.
Why I Love It:
I love it because its a great feeling knowing im staying in shape and seeing changes occur to my body. I also enjoy the compliments i get from friends at school and on Body Building.com.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by seeing people my age bigger then me, and also older people who are shredded and how i want to look just like that(Not steroids shredded, i want to be NATURALLY SHREDDED!) Also another thing that motivates me are people who work hard and dont give up! NEVER GIVE UP!
BB Accomplishments:
None so far :( But i signed for the navy and leave for the Navy Seals Bootcamp in may! Thats my accomplishment! wish me luck!!
in my previous blog, me and 4 other kids 18-20years old are supposed to go to annapolis for 6 months to learn, and then get sent out to california for NAVY SEAL BUDS bootcamp/training. We were originally supposed to leave this may for annapolis, but now we arent heading to annapolis for...
One question... the exercises that you say do 12 10 8 6 ...on those is that the same weight for each set or does the weight change? I was doing my max weight on all four sets of each exercise. I hit failure way early ... should I use lightest weight on 12 heavier on 10 and 8 and heaviest on 6? Other then that the plan makes total sense on I totally was able to get right into it! Heck Yeah!
I have to try out the other three days . I am on University fall break (the whole college shuts down) so staff like me and the students all go on vacation (no gym open) anyhow on Monday I am gonna start the whole 5 day spread and diet . I am just waiting for my protein powder to arrive... I really think your workout and tips are gonna get me where I need to be. Thanks so much. If the first two days are this awesome the other three workouts are gonna rock .
chest day went great . I love the plan you gave me . I was so wiped out after chest day that I could bearly get my shirt on and off and even with my hard to train chest . I saw results (a little) over the next few days. My chest really got worked . Back and bi's was also friggin awesome . Thanks for the plan. I really works ! Its great to feel the muscle working and really reacting to the exercises.Thanks so much
