I was sick of being skinny and tired of being the small guy in class and social activities, so I joined the gym nearby, and all the rest now has changed.
Why I Love It:
The pump is exhilarating, and the transformation of the physique for the better is wonderful. But more so, I enjoy fitness, and bodybuilding is always an aspect of fitness which I value.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by visualization exercises, logging my progress and actually assessing it every week or fortnight to see how far I have progressed. I also remember my goals and aspirations, reminding myself that if I do not work harder at it, many others who are way behind me will overtake me soon in time to come.
I set goals regularly and assess myself from week to week.

I keep myself lean most of the year for photoshoots and so on, but this time round, I want to gain 10 more lbs of muscle through this period prior to future shows in 2008. I plan to compete in a natural show in the fall in Toronto then.
I will probably be in the same weight class. my main goal is till fill out my frame: inner chest, hams strings, back width and calves. That was my main goal after my last show. now that i have done that, i will hopefully compete next year. whats ur weight nowadays?

How do you get your legs and abs in great shape?? Do you take any weight gainers or supplements that help you gain weight? I'm stuck at 142-145lbs and can't push it to 150 lol, any advice??
haha...thnx..yea iv put a little..not much actaully..currently weighing about 75kg but i think my conditioning has improved also thanx to my training..i just got wind that the competitions been delayed to december so..yea..i gotta change my game plan a little..
hey dude yeah i did alright came first in juniors and first in bantamweight. I would say that compitition wasnt to tough but it wasnt really easy. There were a couple big guys but just didnt have the full package. I think the reason why i won was cause i had a bit of everything you know. very symetrical!
hey there, you know people that are in the show eh?...what will they be competing in...batamweight any of them??? lol..thats what ill most likely be in unless something weird happens. Preparations for the show are coming along ok. Dieting is hard as always but good to see myself getting tighter. Motivates me. this is my first show and it sucks that its a non tested because im all natural.

i wouldn't mind competing. but i want to have a coach. i work out with a few guys who know what they are doing...but i would like a lifting coach before i compete. btw thnx for the comments
