I found this site and got inspired to start lifting weights.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it gives me energy and I love the feeling I get after a good workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
The people on this site keep me motivated. Seeing the progress they make and getting tips from them keeps me motivated to grow. When I see and feel the changes in my body I want to keep pushing myself and see how far I can push myself.
I want to stop being average. I want to be able to take off my shirt and be confident in what people see. I want to stop being weak and tired. Eventually I want to be 190 Lbs.
I've been trying to cut since the beginning of the year, but i think i accidentally bulked (clean). So im going to try and add more cardio session to lose the gut! I'm trying to follow and HST routine (check my blog for details). What kind of split do you have?
