In March I did before and after update, seperate from the End of the Month updates for the Winter Spring 2008 Contest, which I will post on the 6th.
Rear end is down 2 more inches at 28 inches. Weight lost is at 25 pounds, since the start of my weight loss journey in September of '07. 17 of those pounds were recently lost ( March/April ) due to my Keto diet and help from being sick.
I choose an hour and a half worth of exercises to commit to five nights a week at the local gym. My routine changes often because I get bored, but here are some exercises I do almost religiously:
1. Leg Press and leg Extention( two different machines )
2. Chest Press
3. Lateral Pull
4....
hey, was just dropping by the keto thread when I noticed you closed it? How are we doing? Are you okay? Thanks for the info on RLS. I haven't found that alive multi in my country though, so I don't know yet what to do. Hope you're doing alright.
Thanks for the advice keto. I'll tell my mom. She usually does those aerobic things around 20 minutes everyday before she goes to work. It's cute because my sister's 2-year old daughter, who lives with her, always dances along with my mom. But that doesn't really help mom lose weight because her diet isn't in check. What's your exercise routine like? Hope your keto is going well. No giving up now!
Hey I have been busy as hell lately. The diet has suffered but I have kept the total calories down. Maintaining the progress I have made. I am hoping to get back on track by the end of May.
You know, hearing about you and barbecue and your kids makes me miss my mother so much. We live apart, on separate islands. Incidentally, my mother is also trying to lose weight, although not very successfully because she can't live without carbs. I mean, she tries to eat healthy like just eat fruits, but she eats too much even of the good stuff. I tried getting her on Atkins but she just feels too weak when she's on it.

I lost quite a bit. Yea, I'm maintaining my weight now, but not without some difficulties. Some sweet sugary habits die hard lol. How's your keto coming along?
