I started by weighing myself one day and not being happy with what I saw in the mirror. I cut out many calories and did a lot of cardio. after about a month of concentrating on cardio, I decided it was time to convert body fat into muscle, so I signed onto the YMCA. Started off with nautilous equipment, then after I felt confident I switched to actual weights. Now I switch between what equipment and weights I use during each workout. My next big goal is learning what and how to eat, and when to eat it.
Why I Love It:
I like the rush it gioves me and the soreness i achieve. I like to feel like im doing something for myself, and I like the results I start to notice. Its a rush
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a goal in mind and i force myself to try and achieve it.

I would like to gain more mucle and also lose body fat. Ultimate goal is to be healthy for life.
Goal (Long):
Im looking to increase inchs on my arms and chest. I want to be able to see my six pack, lol, so I would like to lose 16% of my bodyfat. ultimatly gain strenght and endurance. Im looking to find a balance in my life regarding health. I would like to maintain my yoga lessons for stretching my muscles out, as well as, lifting weights. I plan to lose body fat by jogging, swimming, and hoping my ass onto that damn eliptical, lol.
