My bike was stolen by a bigger guy, and i didn't dare do anything, i felt small and weak. I didn't want to feel like that again so i started with dumbells at home just generally making my arms stronger, doing chins ups and press ups mainly as well, generally not knowing what i was doing at all. This was a couple of years ago now, and iv been trying new things and gaining knowledge all the time. I want to make bodybuilding my life, i know im no where near where i need to be, but with dedication, i know i will get their.
Why I Love It:
Iv always been small heightwise, so making myself wider/bigger seems to make up for this.
Working out is amazing, its when you push yourself the most, its when your tested, i love the feeling that im pushing myself, and when i don't push myself as far as i can i get frustrated.
How I Stay Motivated:
Take out all of my stress in the gym. Or at least i try to, and i find its important to always keep your goals in mind.
BB Accomplishments:

my goals
- Increase muscle mass by up to 40lbs (long run)
-Compete locally and have a crack at the top, and if i don't make it, il die trying.
I want to get out there and comptete, the gym i train in now is amazing, a real blood and guts place and with the right equipment and supplements (hopefully) my goal is to improve until i can improve no more in bodybuilding. eventually i want to be compared to the likes of lee priest and danny padilla, it will take years and years, but im determined to get where i want to get
I want to have a body that will be remembered and used as a bench mark for people my height.
Hey bro I just read all your goals and everything and I think you're def. going somewhere with this cuz you sure are dedicated. Props to you, keep up the good work and in no time you can go kick that dudes ass who stole your bike. ;)
