How I Started:
I've been stessed by home and work, and this was a way to better improve myself, while at the same time getting away from my stressful situations.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel loose and i tend on reaching my ultimate goal of rock hard abs.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking at what the end result of me could be.

Being able to not get side-tracked from the gym and continue to reach my goal.

Transform My Body
Goal (Short):
I would like to have gained muscle, but lose at least 20-25% body fat. That way, i can show off and possibly be on one of the fitness mags.
Goal (Long):
I plan on being able to benchpress at least 300 and hopefully squat about the same by the summer of 2008. I hope to form a sixpack before then, and be able to wear those fashion skin shirts and not feel embarrassed.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 20 lb
