Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: Cardio and Abs
Thursday: Back
Friday: Triceps and Shoulders or Triceps and Cardio

Typical Diet
7am Protein Shake after Workout and 1/2 cup of oatmeal
10am 4 oz of salmon with vegetables
1pm 4 oz of salmon, ground turkey or chicken with sweet potatoes and vegetables
4pm 3.3 oz of brocolli, 1 medium apple and protein shake
7pm - 4 oz of salmon, ground turkey or chicken with sweet potatoes and vegetables
9:30-10pm - If I am still awake, usually a small piece of chicken
*Throughout the day I drink water and tea*
