How I Started:
I have been working out since high school, but learned more fundamentals and technique in college when I trained with "the boys" and for strength for cheerleading. It has become a huge part of my life and I am ready to take it to the next level!
Why I Love It:
I have learned to use training as a sanctuary for "me" time. I love how it makes me feel no matter what kind of day/week I am having.
I also like being the essence of practicing what I preach...
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing weekly changes in my body is HUGE right now....and its so exciting:) I also have a very large support system starting from my coach Layne Norton,his wife Isabel for her posing help, my boyfriend IFPA PRO Tommy Jeffers, family and friends.
BB Accomplishments:
I was able to win my class and the overall at my first figure competition on Aug 2, 2008.
It's getting closer....the days are quickly winding down to show day and I am on top of the world as much as I can be for being depleted and hungry :) ...But it has all been so worth it so far.
The best part is that I have not lost a significant amount of weight. My strength is stable,...

It's been great so far, I just started school so I've been slightly stressed, nothing big. My weight is about 1/2 pound up since Evansville. I keep adding food, but walking to classes adds up:) 16 days out? AWESOME, keep us posted!
