How I Started:
I have been working out since high school, but learned more fundamentals and technique in college when I trained with "the boys" and for strength for cheerleading. It has become a huge part of my life and I am ready to take it to the next level!
Why I Love It:
I have learned to use training as a sanctuary for "me" time. I love how it makes me feel no matter what kind of day/week I am having. I also like being the essence of practicing what I preach...
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing weekly changes in my body is HUGE right now....and its so exciting:) I also have a very large support system starting from my coach Layne Norton,his wife Isabel for her posing help, my boyfriend IFPA PRO Tommy Jeffers, family and friends.
BB Accomplishments:
I was able to win my class and the overall at my first figure competition on Aug 2, 2008. I am now a WNBF Figure Pro! Sept 13, 2008 - 2nd in the OCB Mr/MS Natural Indiana...by one point!!

It's getting closer....the days are quickly winding down to show day and I am on top of the world as much as I can be for being depleted and hungry :) ...But it has all been so worth it so far.

The best part is that I have not lost a significant amount of weight. My strength is stable,...

Yeah we are going to the show in Indy I believe. I have to work the weekend of her show in Kankakee, IL on the 16th. We were wanting to go to that one as well, but i work 12 hour shifts on the weekends so unfortunately we can't make it. So it should be fun at the Indy show. We can all go out after the show again!
