Day One - 160 lbs norm
Been working out for about 2 years on and off. Now i'm really going to start kicking it into gear and eating right. We'll see how this goes.
Up 8 lbs from beginning. 168lbs

Day Two - Feeling Good

I was feeling good after one of my best workouts, so I decided to post it up. Still at 160 lbs.

End Week 1 - 161.8 Lbs

After a week of training and new diet. Not much has changed, but it's getting there.

27 Days In - 165 Lbs.

I'm up ~4 pounds...You can tell it's a lot of fat though because of me eating like crazy. My ribs don't stick out as much. Took a body fat test said ~8%
