Biochem Tri Protien Plus

Reason: Saw this at Whole Foods, oddly very cheap and had the essential proteins I was looking for.

Not takig this anymore because I found something else, but it did help me gain 5 lbs so it did its job

Reason: Just starting out my first supplement that isn't protein. A buddy of mine used it a year back and said that was the peek physical condition he's ever been in. Testing it out to see what gains it can have for me.
