haha yeah i know what you mean. Well same here, i increased my calories to 3k a day and I just started to put on weight. But also my abs started going away. What I did was increase running and do abs every night, saw some results by the next week!

You gotta keep eating to get big, I doubt you have a problem with that. For abs, I make sure my bodyfat is low and that I do abs every night. Don't skip a cardio/fat burner day just because yesterdays workout was a biatch. Eat right and work hard man! Hahah badass name

Nice guns bro. Right now I take in about 180g of protein a day. I don't really lay off carbs, but I make up for that by running 10 miles a week. Just staying away from "bad foods" and eating a lot.
