Been working out for about 2 years on and off. Now i'm really going to start kicking it into gear and eating right. We'll see how this goes.  Up 8 lbs from beginning. 168lbs

Thanks for the advice(Advice is one of the few things that you get in life that's free, ya know)I really appreciate you thinking my names is beast(no pun intended) ... Yeah, I gain weight really easy and I got a four pack trying to show, but then after I eat a meal I got nothing ... I'm trying to eat 6-8 times a day ... I've just started running again ... I stopped running because a guy told me to walk on incline to gain muscle, but I feel like I'm just gaining fat ... Thanks again, man!
