How I Started:
It was my birthday, april of 2006, I realized that if I didn't do something I would stay fat and unhappy for the rest of my life.
Why I Love It:
I love how I feel when I finish a week of meeting challenging goals. Including going to the gym every day. I don't want to waste another day, or wish I could do everything over again.
How I Stay Motivated:
This is tough. I don't have a "buddy" to help me. I am really on my own when I go to the Gym. So if I don't go it's no big deal to anyone else but me. I stay motivated by setting a hard goal and getting it done. That is "real" satisfaction.

None yet. I hope to compete in 2008

I woke up this weekend determined to rededicate myself to eating clean and not missing any days at the gym. I have been rather lackluster at consistantly working out and I have paid the price for it. I am back up to 305 lbs and I can feel a majpr difference. I am hoping that keeping this...
