Background

When I Started: Jan 2000
HOW I STARTED:

Started in January 2000 when I competed in the Body For Life Contest. In 2002 I placed in the top 2000 in the Body For Life contest.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I like the way I feel when working out. I continue to get stronger and better even though I turn 51 next month.
