Progress is good. My bench is up to 165-170, which is right at my body weight. That was my original goal. So now I'm settin new ones.
Got my tan ready for summer! Now I'm doubling up bicep work Tuesday and Friday's.
Good to here everything is coming along, even if it is slowly. Weight gain hasn't been a problem for me, actually gained a little more BF then planned. Oh well, adjusting to fix that. At least I can see overall gains. Keep at it, and stay strong.
Not much, how about you, progress is slower then expected, revamping the program, made some mistakes, but I have learned what the body wants. Had to take a month off, but the next 6 months will be pure dedication, going off of what I have learned that the body wants.

Well you can't really see M-Stack working but it's doing what it was made to do: nutrition-partitioning. If you have a nice diet and train hard, it should works well for you. I gained 4 pounds with my current stack since I first started it.
