Began workouts out of frustration with being a poor athlete. Began judging as a result of amateur photography work being noticed by NPC District chairman and being recruited to judge.
Why I Love It:
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing new competitors develop and reach their goals.
BB Accomplishments:
NPC judge since 1984, NPC national level judge since 1989, IFBB pro division judge since 1990. Also have gone to 5 IFBB amateur world championships as U.S. delegate and judge.

I’m in Jeju City, South Korea (Thurs Oct 25 through Mon Oct 29) for the IFBB Mens’ Amateur World Championships. It’s now 4pm on Friday, South Korea time, which is midnight Thursday L.A. time, and 3 am Friday east coast time…Confused? So are most of us!

Thanks very much Ken, it means alot hearing positive feedback after the hard work that goes in. shame i couldnt stay at 218lbs and get my bf to 8% though! guess i've still got a bit to learn with regards to a damage limitation fat strip! but yeah definately want to try and get into those magazines after i graduate, not sure how to go about it though, any advice? hope all is well, will :-)
thank you. haha I really only started isolating my delts about a month or two ago. they have become very defined already tho. yes, I quite agree my legs suck. very weak. I have basically ignored them in my training which I knew was bad.. but its hard to find a spotter and I just never really got into it. they will be much better in my next comp. I am hoping to weigh around 145-150 for my next comp. thanks for all the advice and encouragement.
i did get a call yesterday or more like a text message from greg lee from lexington south carolina wanting to introduce me to someone in the game who could help me go pro. so i am not sure as to what may happen, bu we will see.

Yo, I'll make sure to take a baseball bat with me next time I take some pictures. lol. and face paint..and a crown (from Burger King, no less)...and then I'll run around downtown Jackson, warning people about the end times.
Thanks Ken! It was the best I have ever looked, even though Ive only competed 3 times lol. My best wasnt near enough for either show, so its back to the drawing board for a year and a half to grow, and fill my frame out! Thanks again!
