When I Started:
Jun, 2008
How I Started:
Well, I haven't got sarted yet....I used to work out all the time. When I first started seriously working out, I was 16 yrs old. When I was 17, I put on 50 lbs. of solid muscle in 5 months. In between the yrs. I worked out off and on. I had a membership about two yrs ago with Oxygen Fitness Center. I put on 15-20 lbs of muscle in about 3 months time. Every time I stopped working out...and I shouldn't complain, but I would lose weight. I have a super high metabolism, which means I have to eat lots of food and work out regularly. I didn't lose interest over time, life just got in the way. Now, I want to start again, and this time stay with it. The good thing about starting over again is the fact of the quicker gains, because of muscle memory. That's about it for me....now it's time to beef up. ;)
Why I Love It:
I love that feeling of the muscles pumping and the feel of the blood flowing through your body. After I work out, I like to flex and squeeze all the muscles throughout my entire body. I love the pump I get after having a superb work out. I just love everything about working out. Their are a lot of benefits about exercise. Building self-esteem and confidence are just a few of them.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by setting goals: Which usually my goals are to put on an x amount of weight, or more precisely, muscle. Since I was a teen I wanted to become a pro bodybuilder....Naturally. One hundred percent all natural. I don't mean, not using supplements, I mean NO steroids. I'm sure you understand what I mean. I still want to be a pro bodybuilder. It has been a dream of mine since I was a teen. As I mentioned already. Now, it's time to turn that dream into reality!
BB Accomplishments:
I will come back to this later...

I was about 155-160 here...not in good shape either. I didn't start working out again until after the pic was taken...as a result..haha
Here I was about 165-170. This was around the time when I started working out again...you can see a slight difference..although I am wearing a shirt. You can't really tell...looks can be deceiving.
This is my goal at this time: Gain at least 50 lbs with a very low body fat%. Somewhere around 8-10% body fat, at most.
Goal (Long):
Basically, I want what everybody wants...to be healthier. At the same time, I want to put on mass, and I don't just want mass, I want lean mass. Also as a loooooonnngg term goal. Not any time soon, but I want to win a few Mr. Os. Just a few. :) I would some day like to beat the record. Last I remember, Ronnie Coleman held the title. He beat Arnolds record of 7 Mr. Os to 8 Mr. Os. But, I have to keep realistic goals. I don't know, we'll see....
ProM3 doesn't just concentrate on one protein. It's made up of three proteins. Which are Whey protein,Casein Protein and Egg Albumen. At this time I can't really give you a response if this product is right for me yet. I just started using it today. I will let everyone know if this is an excellent product. How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Usually I do high weight low reps. I would normally do 12 reps, no more than 15. Depending on the exercise i.e. Isolated leg press: 500 lbs. of 8-10 reps 12 or more on a good day. I always try to push myself. The reason for this is to put on mass and build strength.Usually I do high weight low reps. I would normally do 12 reps, no more than 15. How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Long enough to get a drink of water and stretch. No more than 1-2 min. The reason why I only take 1-2 min is, the longer you allow your body to rest, the less the blood flows and your heart rate falls.
