I've been lifting weights since Jr High School, so it's something that I've always love to do. Over the yrs, I found out that I was pretty good at training others, so that's where the Personal Training came in.
Why I Love It:
That's the one part of the day that all I have to do is concentrate on me. Working out also keeps me healthy and feeling younger than my age.
How I Stay Motivated:
I change my workout every two weeks, and add a new challenge.
Just received my BodybyJake Tower200, let's see how my new toy works!
Goal (Long):
I've never had a problem with my size (except for 3yrs ago when I gained 20lbs) but right now I love my size, the only real goal I have is to have and keep six pack abs! Everything else I'm fine with, just need to get those abs!!
I know I'm not the only one with this problem, but my good clean eating goes out the window in the summer. See, where I live we only get a few months of very warm weather, so during the winter is when I watch what I eat so when the summer comes, I'm able to go to as "many" cookouts...
Thanks for the compliment ;) - Cancun was wonderful(wish I were there now) but I felt like I haven't sat down since I've been back, LOL I've had two other trips since then so unfortunatley it's a distant memory already, LOL - I've stay in the gym the whole time though...How are you & how your training coming along?
