I got tired of looking and feeling like crap all the time. My health was seriously declining and I was very depressed and stressed out all the time.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel great! It also helps give me the confidence I never had when I was younger.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just look in the mirror.
