How I Started:
Being motivated by my buff b/f, visiting his gym and seeing the dedicated people working out.
Why I Love It:
Working out makes me feel great. I train at my gym 6 days per week. If I don't get there I feel as though I have cheated myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I've written a list of goals which I am achieving, when I reach a goal it makes me very impressed with what I've done.
Also have a great b/f who is a great motivator and can listen to me whinge now and then...
BB Accomplishments:
No major accomplishments as yet but am extremely happy with my progress and continuously lifting heavier weights or doing bigger sets.
I can soooo see myself in the before pic, but am working extremely hard to get an awesome bikini bod and who knows...maybe even go in a fitness/model comp... I'm motivated and inspired to work hard and achieve my goals. thanks for the inspiration!
I'm motivated to go from big to bikini!!! It's great reading the transformations, i see myself in the before pics and hopefully will see myself in a hot little bikini by the end of the year.
