When I Started: Jan, 2007
How I Started: I started to do body for life on January first of 2007 and Loved the way I looked and felt. I continue working out but wanted to do more so I challenged myself to do a figure competition. I competed in April of 2008 and took 2nd place in the novice division. There were only 3 competitors so , well I fell like I did good. I also really wanted to show my kids that I could do it. I wanted them to see that if their 39 year old mom could eat right, workout like a nut, help with homework and get them to all there activitys, they could certanly get there bed room clean, right. They can also see that hey, if our old mom can do that, I better be able to challenge myself too. I want them to be the best they can be.
Why I Love It: I don't really love it! I think I am more obcessed with looking my best!! Woman my age just don't take care of themselves and I just wont let that happen to me.
How I Stay Motivated: I stay motivated looking at all these beautiful women on here and keep thinking I want to look like them. Thats motivation.
BB Accomplishments: hmm, I guess my big second place win!!!

Hi Kellie, how are ya doing? I'm bulking too and seem to have good days and bad days. My trainer said not to be on a *diet*, but to really focus on lifting really heavy. She also said to watch the sugars and high fat things though.

Hello again, sorry for the delayed response I am a little ahead of ya in time differences. Things are pretty good over here as well, I can say that because I am getting away from here for a couple of weeks. Boating sounds great. I would like to do that for about two months!!!!
