Bodybuilding is an art and a lifestyle. It takes dedication, commitment, hardwork and lots of research. If you're like 90 percent of the fitness community who weren't blessed with great genetics then you know what I'm talking about. In high school I was very small and was always told that...
I just stopped by to wish you all the best as you work towards your fitness goals. You are looking great and are showing a lot of determination and strength of spirit. Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless. Remember: "At first so many of your dreams seem impossible, then they just seem improbable, and then, through your hard work, they soon become inevitable."
Hi Kell :) My training's going great...just keeping at the weights and my diet! How about yours? By the way, really appreciate your blog from yesterday :)
Yes, they're going really well :) I finally joined a gym a couple of months ago and have been enjoying it so much! Right now I'm just trying to add some more muscle...maybe loose a little more fat too LOL Well thank you for stopping by Kell...you keep in touch too :)
Hey son. Well, that's pretty normal. The first year we start to train is always our best gains. After that it is a slow go. Read my blog on "Time and Patience Bring Success." It's a good one when you get to your point. Keep changing things up as you train as well. Adjust your rep range and different exercises. This will shock the body and will help you out too. Take care soldier.

Check my blog called "Time and Patience". I don't really thing you can reasonably gain that much muscle in that short of time. PM me after you've read most my blogs and ask me some specific questions. Popps
If you're a hard gainer, the best advice I can give is to take a multi everyday, and get 6-7 solid meals in/day. Try to get your bodybweight and more in protein per day; that's essential! Use a good powder to help those needs. Make sure your foods are quality and use quality/complex carbs too!
