How I Started:
I have always enjoyed working out, but not until recently did I begin taking it very seriously. I started targeting specific muscle groups and lifting "more proper" while on deployment in Iraq.
Why I Love It:
I can feel the endorphins release during working out. It also is a great way to stay busy and relieve stress.
