Saturday - Chest, Triceps, Abs, Cardio
Sunday - Back, Biceps, Abs
Monday - Shoulders, Legs, Abs, Cardio
Tuesday - OFF
Wednesday - Chest, Triceps, Abs, Cardio
Thursday - Back, Biceps, Abs
Friday - OFF
My Nutrition Program View My Full Nutrition Program
My nutrition program consists of higher vegetable intake and minimized meat intake. I never consume more than 1 meat portion in a day.
I try to minimize my overall meat consumption and focus more on vegetable based meals. In a normal day I make it a point to only consume meat once a day. After watching the documentary Forks over Knives I learned some of the benefits of eating more vegetables and consuming less meat. In addition it does wonders for the cholesterol and blood pressure. This does however mean I have to be more creative in finding way to get protein.
I never understood the importance of diet in my workout plan, but once I got serious about my diet I noticed real results. Eating clean is a must.

Vitamin B-50 Complex, Vitamin C and Vitamin D-3. I plan to be an example of how vitamins, a clean diet and exercise work w/o supplements.

Focused on Making The Most of Everything
Life is my motivation. There are lots of great things to live for in life. I have a beautiful wife, great kids, a good job and lots of loving family. With that said, what other reason do I need to take care of myself to ensure I can enjoy the most I can in life.
