Watch workout, watch workout DVD from Jackie Warner, www.worldphysique.com, Reading Muscle and Fitness, listening to Rocky 4 sound track, watching the training part of Rocky 4, trying different exercise routines, help running an online support group for losing weight that started out as a Body for life support group.
Watch bodybuilding movie No Pain No Gain (the Rocky of bodybuilding, as well as, listening to soundtrack.

11/28/06: Became an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Boxing Fitness Trainer, Sports Nutrition Counselor.
The Body for Life program was the choice for the much-needed body transformation of both my wife (bodyspace: judimax) and myself I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. Good luck. I have gone from 235 to 208. I don't think I'll get to 180, but I am shooting to go past 190 on the way down. Eat clean.
