Watch workout, watch workout DVD from Jackie Warner, www.worldphysique.com, Reading Muscle and Fitness, listening to Rocky 4 sound track, watching the training part of Rocky 4, trying different exercise routines, help running an online support group for losing weight that started out as a Body for life support group. Watch bodybuilding movie No Pain No Gain (the Rocky of bodybuilding, as well as, listening to soundtrack.

The Body for Life program was the choice for the much-needed body transformation of both my wife (bodyspace: judimax) and myself I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. I know that you will realize your fitness goal and I look forward to watching it happen.
