I was always in my early years bodybuilding, though not competitively. Used to train here in Plattsburgh, and in Montreal at Carusso's gym, then marriage, 2 children, career, and starting business, I lost track of who I really was. As you can see in picture let myself go. Divorce and unhappiness with myself brought me back to the gym, and now am competing naturally in the USBF, and OCB. Also promote the Plattsburgh Pro/Am Bodybuilding and Figure Championships. I am currently in the process of obtaining my certification in personal training, and want to specialize in youth fitness. I will be retired in 4 years and wish to work in the fitness market in my retirement years.
Why I Love It:
Love the personal improvement, love the burn of lifting, and enjoy my body once again. By the end of 2008 want to be certified personal trainer with additional certifications in Youth fitness and nutrition.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking back at pictures of me in my 30's and seeing who I can become if I let myself go. Seeing the proud look in my childrens eyes when they see Dad on stage, makes it all worth it!
BB Accomplishments:
My daughter Jaimee, and my son Nicholas.
After that,
2006 - Battle in the Burgh 5th place open middle
2006 - North Americans - 3rd place open middle
2007 NEPA Nationals - 1st place open middle 1st place masters 40+
2007 OCB NYS Championships - 1st place open welterweight, 3rd place masters 40+
2007 Baltimore Pro/Am - 1st place masters 40+, 2nd place open middle weight

Having fun this precontest training. My workouts are sick! Tons of energy, and actually getting personal best lifts! Today was a sick back workout! I have gained ability to further mentally isolate the muscle I wish to work on. Been fun. I most often get DOMS now, which i view as...
Thanks! Yeh its ok, I was just updating my page today actually thinking "wow wth was I thinkin before!?" ha ha. I really don't like the carb cycles mood swings...I did that to lose a majority of the weight, but now its down to those last 20-30pounds....so will be doing the keto during the wk, carb load on wkend just to fill up my glycogen stores to keep my muscle. Lets hope it works! lol!
wow awesome progress pics, you're back comes in SICKKKK for show time!!!! I'm just starting the CKD for a comp, first time doing the CKD....hope it works well for a pre-contest diet!
No problem. You back looks great. I am also amazed by great back. I love to see a great back as it is rare and especially you, you have a phenomenal lower back. Keep it up. I know it takes time. But what do you mean by heavy? Between 4-6 reps and 4 min rest period? How many sets would you recommend also. I don't want to add too much set and too much exercise and be over trained. _Thanks.
