When I Started:
Apr, 2005
How I Started:
Well I have always been a skinny kid. So i started out in highschool with two of my friends working out. All three of our goals were the same to get big and impress the ladies. We stuck together for a couple of months pushing eachother and seen some pretty good results, but for some reason all three of us could not stick with it. After i lost my two workout partners i worked out here and there but wasnt consistant enough to see any real results. Then i graduated highschool and moved to wyoming to go to a school called Wyo-Tech. I picked up lifting again out there because i had nothing to do in my spare time and there was a gym at the dorm i was staying at. While i was out there i got into the wrong crowd and got into drugs and got arrested. I knew i was going to have to serve some time so i really started lifting because i didnt want to go in as a "skinny kid". Well i gained some weight before i went in but i still wasnt happy with myself, so i continued to workout everyday while i was in. I actually inspired alot on inmates to start working out also because they seen me doing it all the time, and it helped pass the time and relieve some stress. From there i went to a corrections bootcamp in NewCastle Wyoming were i continued my love for working out and was able to have the highest PT% out of around 70kids my age,and also set a record for the most sit-ups(162)in 3mins. I was told by my counslor that i have a addictive personality and that i need to find something healthy to be addicted to so now my new addiction is working out, which will keep me out of trouble and keep me healthy and looking good!
Why I Love It:
I love working out because i love to push my body to its limits and to see what im capable of and i also love the "PUMPS"!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
For me its pretty easy i just set my mind on somthing and go and seeing my body change is what keeps me going. Also hearing people compliment me on my transformation is great motivation. Most of my friends and family could not believe how i looked when i got home most of them asked "what is your sercet?" I simply replied "Discipline, Determination, & consistency!"
