I would like to find others who could inspire and mentor me to finally get in the process of obtaining top physical fitness. In the last few years I have bounced from 150lbs, to 180lbs, to 135lbs, back to 180lbs... enough is enough I am ready to be put through my paces for a permanent healthy lifestyle and will take in all that I can to make this happen. I would like to achieve a healthy body weight with no fatty jiggle! :P
Reading your words inspires me to want to push hard... you truly set the prime example of : "If you want it bad enough, you can succeed"... to find such courage and strength when all around you seems dark is exceptional - god bless for being one of the many to set a fine example of what can be achieved through determination, will and spirit. :)
She has the drive, spirit and will power to succeed! - You can see what she has managed in pushing her own boundaries and if she can do it, I certainly can!. Thank you 31233 :)
So the last two weeks have been bad weeks for me (2 weeks?... aw hell common Jen!?) I have basically gotten myself so deep in my job that after 16 hour days I haven't had much left in me to kick..lol but man have I felt crap for it!...soooo it's time to get back at it! - not quitting I have...
Wow....looks like you are making terrific progress. That weight chart line is dropping off the chart! Great work....and good luck with those wardrobe malfunctions!! LOL
I know what you mean Jen. I have been going through a bit of a slump myself. I will be attending a natural bodybuilding show tomorrow. I think that is what I need to get my swag back!
I doing pretty good. I have been slacking a bit. Now it's time to get back on track. How have you been? I know you are not giving up! We gotta work on getting you MOTIVATED!
Just read your 24th blog, hang in there Jennifer, life and work sure get in the way at times. I keep a log and write everything down so I know what I have to stick to...I may vary from it, but not too far. It works for me. Keep at it!
Hi Jennifer. I haven't forgotten about you. I have been a bit overwhelmed by messages of late. I will cover your workout in an email. But food is easy. Monday - Friday eat really clean. Saturday & Sunday loosen it up and add in more carbs. To make it easier every Sunday know what you are going to eat for the week. Nothing crazy, just make a plan and stick to it.
