Was tired of people telling me i was over weight, chubby, and fat. Me and a buddy decided to stop sitting around and playing games and decided to start lifting. We started off workin out on his home bowflex (which sucks) then later i started workin out with another friend that had a squat rack/bench press thingy and free weights. He got me on a 5x5 plan then i got a member shit at 24hr fitness and started to learn from random ppl i met at the gym and now i workout 5-6 times a week and cant stop! lol :]
I don't have a set ab workout. I hit them in the morning and in the evenings. I do various exercises as well as different motions. Mix it up bro and they will pop. I got get back on track...just came off a 7 day beer binge!!
My favorite move for obliques is the side flexion. Basically, you hang off the end of a bench (or hyperextension station) and do a side crunch with a wider range of motion. I also do cable chops and some corkscrews. Hit 'em from all angles.
nothing insane, mostly leglifts and crunches with really good form. all the core excersizes like deadlifts and squats help with abs too and i do tons of that. my diet is very strict, but only in the sense that i dont deviate from my meal plans at all. my meal plan itself is pretty awesome.
