At the moment im hanging at about 15 stone but gaining alot strength which is awesome.as the summer hits with me as with alot of people i gues i find that my appetite is supressed slightly which means its harder to get the calories in!!howz ur training goin?j

Lol!my body responds best to the training prog iv listed+the program im following means that i gain alot of strength aswel!i get 3 days rest in a week+im pretty much eating constantly so yeh for me its all good?!why?!j

Basically bru i have really good genes in my shoulders so i gain strength really easily.but the program im following at the moment looks like this:
Standing Military Press: 1x10, 5x5
Seated DB Press: 4x8
DB Laterals: 4x8
Reverse Pec Deck: 4x8?!hope this helps chief.j

yeh good thanks chief.gt a 140kg bench up the other day so was pleased with that aiming for 160 by the end of the year but will see how it goes!lol!how about ur end?!j

mmm used them in the past.didnt really do much to be honest found that the multi vit didnt do much as i already took in enough food in to get all the nutrients that way!j

Nothings changed recently.had to take a week off of training because i managed to damage the siatic nerve in my right leg but back in training this week, managed to lose 4 pounds while i was injured though so still need to get that back and then carry on training!would like to get up to 16 stone this year.urself?hw is training and diet going?j

mmm i find i have to as i have a really fast metabolism so have to eat alot to be able to maintain never mind gain weight!!lol!j

Yeh i have had to do that recently as i hit a plateau which is why i think im stuck nw at 199 but will hopefully be back gaining again soon.j x

Ye the pic i have up at the moment i was at 168, which was at the beginning of this year, since then i have been eating as much as i can, training really hard and getting all the sleep i can!lol!im hoping to get up to 225 at some point but will see how that goes.lol.j
