I want to lose a lot of fat in 100 days during this summer vacation. Got to get ready for football. I would say I need to get to 200 Lbs.
Goal (Long):
I need to be in the best shape of my life for Football. I have not played Football since my 8th grade year, and now I'm going to be a Senior. My assignment is to lose fat and build muscle, with an emphasis on the losing fat part. I have about 90 days to do it before two-a-days starts. At least 20 pounds of fat needs to be taken off. I would like to have my six pack show, though I don't know if that is possible.
