Alot of change in 6 months (since starting out on the 12 week challenge). I have some definition, built some muscle and dropped body fat % to 17%

I took a frontal picture to use for comparison purposes in a few months. Few things that I would like to see improved in future: 1) Loose skin around the belly button 2) Reduced body fat 3) Increase in muscle to further improve the 'loose' areas.

Less definition (as expected) but I think my lats look wider

3 months into 'overtraining recovery'. Working on building lean mass. Eating more, better nutrition, less cardio, more rest. BF% has increased, but i feel much healthier for it, and I have alot more energy in general.
