You must remember that these things take time - the weight gain didn't happen overnight, did it?
It took me about 18 months - 2 years to lose 100lbs. I knew it was going to be a long process and i certainly had my ups and downs - but if there is one thing i have learnt, it's that it takes TIME - and that's the one thing you can't control!
So hang in there, stick at it and know that this is a healthy LIFEstyle change you are making. Believe in yourself!

You are doing great! Keep at it, consistency is the key! You say you feel like you have worked out harder, but you feel your body isn't showing it - don't worry KEEP AT IT and you will see results!
