Hi! I notice your doing 4 full body workouts a week - how do you feel on this program, and how many exercises per part/sets? I am considering changing up to 4 full body days

Hey thanks for the comments - training is going good, lifting heavy and loving it! Yes, i'm clean bulking which means eating TONS of food lol

You must remember that these things take time - the weight gain didn't happen overnight, did it? It took me about 18 months - 2 years to lose 100lbs. I knew it was going to be a long process and i certainly had my ups and downs - but if there is one thing i have learnt, it's that it takes TIME - and that's the one thing you can't control! So hang in there, stick at it and know that this is a healthy LIFEstyle change you are making. Believe in yourself! ~K2BL
